Privacy policy
The short version: this website collects no personal details from you. It only starts holding your details after you buy something, because we need them to deliver it. It does count anonymous usage, and it uses the Meta Pixel to measure our adverts, both explained below.
Sending us a website to build from
When you send us a reference website, we keep the link, your name, WhatsApp number, email, business, city and any notes you add. We use them to contact you about your site. We do not sell or share them.
Browsing this website
We count anonymous events, such as which page was opened, which button was tapped and which form was opened, so we can improve the site. These counts hold no name, phone number, address or anything you type into a form. They include a random code that only lasts for that one visit, your device type (phone or computer), the website you came from and the advert you clicked, if any.
Adverts and the Meta Pixel
We advertise on Facebook and Instagram. To measure those adverts, this site uses the Meta Pixel, a small piece of code from Meta Platforms that sets cookies in your browser. It tells Meta which pages you open and actions such as opening the order form, sending it or paying the ₹499 start fee, together with technical details such as your browser, device and IP address. Meta uses this to report how our adverts perform and to show them to people likely to be interested, under its own privacy policy. You can limit this in your Facebook or Instagram ad preferences, or by blocking third-party cookies in your browser. If we add other advertising services, we will update this page.
If you send an enquiry or take the free Prompt Pack
If you fill in the reference website form, the WhatsApp automation enquiry form or the free Prompt Pack form, we keep the name, WhatsApp number, business, city and message you give us, and your email if you choose to give it. We use them to send you the pack, to call or message you on WhatsApp about FastSites. If you give your email, we send you the pack and three short how-to emails over about 8 days, from our email service provider (Resend). Every email has an unsubscribe link. With your tick on the form, we may also use them, with names and phone numbers removed, for research on how small service businesses in India go online, and the findings may be published without identifying you. We do not sell or share your details. Ask us at any time and we will delete them.
When you buy something
Payment is handled by a third-party payment gateway such as Razorpay. Your card, UPI or netbanking details go to the gateway and never reach us. We receive only:
- Your name, email address and phone number as provided at checkout
- What you bought, and the payment status
How we use it
- To deliver your prompts, to answer your help requests (including any screenshots you send) and to answer your messages
- To answer your support emails
- To send you service messages about your order
- To add you to the buyers-only WhatsApp community if you accept the invite
We do not sell your data, and we do not add buyers to advertising lists.
Who else sees it
Only the services needed to run this: the payment gateway, our email provider, our hosting provider and, if you join it, the messaging app that hosts the buyers community. Each of them has its own privacy policy. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, may process technical data such as your IP address as part of serving any website.
How long we keep it
For as long as needed to support you and to meet tax and accounting requirements, then deleted.
Your choices
Write to the support email in the footer to ask for a copy of what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. You can leave the buyers community at any time and ask us to stop sending updates.
