Terms of service
These terms apply when you buy anything from FastSites. By paying for a product you accept them.
Who we are
FastSites is an independent training product for Indian service businesses. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or partnered with Cloudflare, OpenAI, Anthropic, Google or any domain registrar. Those services have their own terms, and their free plans and prices can change.
What you buy
- Start Building pack, ₹399. A digital file of AI prompts, delivered by email.
- Ready-Made Site, ₹1,999. A free-to-try builder where you choose one of our one-page website designs and fill in your own business details. The ₹1,999 unlocks the download of the finished site file and one 30 minute support call to help you publish it. It is a digital product, not a custom build. Prompt Pack buyers get ₹399 off if they buy within 30 days of the pack (once per pack, not combinable with other discounts).
Payment
All prices are in Indian rupees and are one-time payments. There is no subscription and no auto-debit. Payments are processed by a third-party payment gateway, and an invoice is sent to your email. We never see or store your card details.
Delivery
- Pack: emailed to you, usually within the hour of payment and always within one working day.
- Ready-Made Site: the download page opens right after payment, using the details you typed in the builder in the same browser. The support call is booked on WhatsApp and held within a few working days.
- If you have not received anything, write to the support email in the footer and we will sort it out.
Licence
Prompts are licensed for your own personal and business use to build websites for your own business. Reselling, redistributing, or sharing them in bulk with others is not permitted. You may use the files for your own business without restriction, and the website files and domain stay yours.
What we do not promise
We do not promise any specific Google ranking, amount of traffic, number of enquiries or revenue. Results depend on your market, your pricing and the work you put in. We promise the product described on the website, delivered as described.
Support
Support is for buyers only, by email from the address the footer links to, answered within one working day. Buyers can also ask questions in the buyers-only WhatsApp community.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page when you buy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes fall under the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
