The short version: this website collects nothing from you. It only starts holding your details after you buy something, because we need them to deliver it.
The free site builder
The Ready-Made builder on this site runs in your browser. What you type is kept on your own device so you can come back to it, and it is not sent to us. We only see it if you choose to message or email it to us.
Browsing this website
There are no cookies, no analytics, no advertising pixels, no tracking scripts and no contact forms on this site. There is nothing to consent to and nothing to opt out of, because nothing is collected.
When you buy something
Payment is handled by a third-party payment gateway such as Razorpay. Your card, UPI or netbanking details go to the gateway and never reach us. We receive only:
- Your name, email address and phone number as provided at checkout
- What you bought, and the payment status
How we use it
- To deliver your prompts, to hold your Ready-Made support call and to answer your messages
- To answer your support emails
- To send you service messages about your order
- To add you to the buyers-only WhatsApp community if you accept the invite
We do not sell your data, and we do not add buyers to advertising lists.
Who else sees it
Only the services needed to run this: the payment gateway, our email provider, our hosting provider and, if you join it, the messaging app that hosts the buyers community. Each of them has its own privacy policy. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, may process technical data such as your IP address as part of serving any website.
How long we keep it
For as long as needed to support you and to meet tax and accounting requirements, then deleted.
Your choices
Write to the support email in the footer to ask for a copy of what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. You can leave the buyers community at any time and ask us to stop sending updates.
