material. If your website is still not live, email us. We will help you get it live, or refund you in full,
whichever you prefer.
Ready-Made Site: 7 days, site live or refund. Fill in the builder, publish your site and use your support call. If your website is still not live after 7 days, we refund you in full.
How to ask
Email the support address in the footer with your order reference or the email address you paid with, and tell us what happened. That is all we need.
How long it takes
We reply within one working day, and refunds are processed within 5 to 7 working days back to the original payment method. The time your bank takes to show it is outside our control.
What is covered
- Pack: within 7 days of purchase, if your site is not live after following the steps
- Pack: not delivered to you within one working day, for any reason
- Ready-Made Site: within 7 days of purchase, if your site is not live after following the steps and using your support call
- Ready-Made Site: we are unable to hold your support call, refunded in full
What is not covered
- Change of mind after the files have been delivered and your site is live
- Domain registration fees, which you pay to your registrar and which stay in your name
- Anything you bought from a third party such as an AI tool, a registrar or a paid service you chose to use
- Ready-Made Sites that are live, if you simply change your mind, because the finished file has already been delivered
Nothing here reduces your rights
Nothing in this policy takes away any right you have under Indian consumer law.
