Refund policy
DIY Prompt Pack: free. There is nothing to refund.
Custom Site: draft on time, or your ₹499 back. If your first draft does not reach you within 24 hours of your ₹499 payment, or we cannot build your site from your reference, tell us and we refund your ₹499 in full.
How to ask
Email the support address in the footer with your order reference or the email address you paid with, and tell us what happened. That is all we need.
How long it takes
We reply within one working day, and refunds are processed within 5 to 7 working days back to the original payment method. The time your bank takes to show it is outside our control.
What is covered
- Custom Site: the first draft does not reach you within 24 hours of your payment
- Custom Site: we tell you we cannot build it from your reference, or from the details you gave
What is not covered
- Domain registration fees, which you pay to your registrar and which stay in your name
- Anything you bought from a third party such as an AI tool, a registrar or a paid service you chose to use
- Change of mind after your first draft has been delivered, because the work is done. The ₹499 you paid still counts toward your site if you continue. Your two rounds of changes are there to get it right.
Nothing here reduces your rights
Nothing in this policy takes away any right you have under Indian consumer law.
