Terms of service
These terms apply when you buy anything from FastSites. By paying for a product you accept them.
Who we are
FastSites is an independent training product for Indian service businesses. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or partnered with Cloudflare, OpenAI, Anthropic, Google or any domain registrar. Those services have their own terms, and their free plans and prices can change.
What you buy
- DIY Prompt Pack, free. A digital file of AI prompts you download after sharing your business name and email. No payment is taken.
- Custom Site. A one-page business website that we build for you, using a reference website you send us as inspiration for layout and feel. A one-page site for a service business starts from ₹4,999 in total, paid once. It is paid in two parts: ₹499 to start, after which we build your first draft and send it to your email and WhatsApp, usually within 24 hours, and the remaining balance (₹4,500 for a standard one-page site) after you approve the draft, with or without changes, before we finish and publish your site. The ₹499 is part of the site price, not extra. If your request needs more than a standard one-page site, for example extra sections, another language or booking features, we tell you the exact total in writing before you pay the remaining balance, and you can decide not to continue. Two rounds of changes are included, where a round is one list of changes sent in one message. After the remaining payment we finish your site, help you put it live on free hosting, and give you the finished site files. Drafts are made with the help of AI from the details you give us and the reference website you send, so please check every detail, price and claim before you publish. We build sites for service businesses and do not build online stores. Your domain name is paid separately and stays in your name.
- WhatsApp automation (add-on). An optional add-on to a Custom Site, quoted separately before you pay.
Payment
All prices are in Indian rupees and are one-time payments. There is no subscription and no auto-debit. Payments are processed by a third-party payment gateway, and an invoice is sent to your email. We never see or store your card details.
Delivery
- Pack: emailed to you, usually within the hour of payment and always within one working day.
- Custom Site: your first draft is sent to your email and WhatsApp, within 24 hours of your ₹499 payment. If it has not reached you within 24 hours, tell us and we refund your ₹499.
- If you have not received anything, write to the support email in the footer and we will sort it out.
Licence
Prompts are licensed for your own personal and business use to build websites for your own business. Reselling, redistributing, or sharing them in bulk with others is not permitted. You may use the files for your own business without restriction, and the website files and domain stay yours.
What we do not promise
We do not promise any specific Google ranking, amount of traffic, number of enquiries or revenue. Results depend on your market, your pricing and the work you put in. We promise the product described on the website, delivered as described.
